FROM WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP?
The vast majority of our products are manufactured and shipped in the India, though we do have a few products that are manufactured and supplied in other countries.
Depending on your location, products may take longer to arrive up to 15 - 20 days. This information can be retrieved throughout the checkout process.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DESPATCH MY ORDER?
Once we receive order confirmation, it usually takes us 4-5 business days to send an order from our warehouse. The package will arrive between 15 - 20 days from the dispatch date, depending on the carrier provider's availability and location.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT WHERE MY PACKAGE IS? / HOW TO TRACK MY PACKAGE?
The vast majority of our products are shipped via tracking service.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us for your order confirmation including the complete detail of your purchase as well as tracking number so that you can easily track your shipment to watch it every step of the way. Shipment tracking may take up to 24-48 hours to appear.
In case you didn’t receive your order within 20-30 days of your shipment confirmation email, please do contact us immediately at email@example.com with your name & order number, and we will look into it for you.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL THE ORDER?
We strive to process orders as rapidly as possible to guarantee that they reach you as soon as possible; thus, modifying or cancelling an order after it has been placed is not always possible.

We will promptly refund you if we are fortunate enough to cancel in time.
SOMETHING IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER.
If you order many items, it's possible that they'll be manufactured in separate locations.
You will receive tracking information for each parcel when it is shipped, so double-check the tracking on your missing item.

Oh no, We’re sorry.
We do offer exchanges. However, if you don't receive the exact goods you ordered for whatever reason, simply let us know and we'll send you a refund.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON REFUNDS AND RETURNS?
We will happily accept returns as long as we receive the request within 10 days of you receiving the product. We will reimburse the whole order amount if the item is returned to us has some issue from our side else the customized items are not eligible for return.
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURNS?

Because we work with a large number of partners to fulfil our items, the return address on your package may not be the most convenient for you.
